I see a theme emerging. I am just not consistent…i need to really work harder at making sure I get my updates rolled out. So the last almost two weeks have been pretty bad., well not bad just crazy and been a fairly consistent emtional rollercoaster. So instead of dwelling on that I will move on to slightly happier things. On friday my softball team took 2 games. That is a big deal seeing our crappy ass start…i still think the play-0ffs are just a dream and can’t come true. i would have to look at the schedule to see what the possibilities are but i really think that there is no way for it to happen unless we win every game we have left but that is fairly unlikely. Man there is a lot to say but right now i am really tired so i am going to end this here and hopefully i will get the motivation to finish this post laters….

I know i am writing about things that happen almost a week ago but you need to understand i am a busy man, i had tv to watch, video games to play, naps to take, food to eat…my week was packed to the brim with pointless shit i didn’t need to really do but did anyway… so onto the details of last weekend…so i can stay with my weekly post

We didn’t have a softball game on friday cause it rained hopefully we will have one tonight. The weather appears like it will cooperate with us today. I really want to play so i hope it does.

Last weekend was pretty fun…we went to Amy’s sister’s house for Sydney’s Birthday party.(pictures in the gallery under events) I honestly sometimes wonder where kids get their energy and more importantly where did mine go? That was most of saturday, then saturday evening we watched the forgotten again…which is a pretty good movie, along the lines of the sixth sense. And who could forget my new legos they are in the misc pictures section…spent way too much but it was more then worth every penny. Then hit the hay, woke up the next morning and helped amy’s step dad move furniture and then headed to the HMS BlueRocks game…(pictures in the gallery under events). At the conclusion of that went back to amy’s mom’s house and ate dinner with her fam and then while she was busy making pillows i built more of my legos…oh i forgot built the crane in the time it took amy to get ready in the AM before the game :) . Then watched Assault on Precinct 13 i think it was 13 maybe it wasn’t though. That was good…amy slept through it all the time saying she wasn’t … i don’t think she understands that when you sleep generally your breathing becomes very consistent and other people can tell you are sleeping…cause most of the time she swears she isn’t but this time in the end she did admit she only saw about 10 mins of the movie…monday went to the zoo which was a lot more fun then i expected. Got to see the funniest thing…there was a tortoise that broke it’s leg so the zoo people straped him to a moving dolly so he could get around….aparently he gets his move on now….good there there are no large hills in the tortoise pen…cause that would be bad to see him flying down the hill…all of his tortoise friends would want to ride too :) . The big cats exhibit was closed so amy wasn’t a happy camper cause that mean no lions and tigers (her favorite animals, possibly her most favorite things in the world) But she did get to see the lynx, cheetahs and leopards. So atleast it wasn’t a total bust….so that was really it… for then….i will add more about my glasses cause that is a story in and of itself….
