A Tauren's Tale

Well, yesterday I didn’t do too much. Got up and chilled until I went over to my parents and saw my dad’s friend Earl. While i was there i took 230 pictures of my lego sets for my new site brickjunkie.com. There isn’t anything but the splash screen right now but my gallery is coming. i had to seperate all of those pictures and all and i did that last night for the most part…now i have to create the individual galleries for each of the sets i have all together there are like 80 different albums i have to make and that doesn’ include 10 or so sets that i still need to take pictures of. So i should be able to say i have about 100 different sets right now. oh one exciting thing is that i found the first lego set that i ever had online. I had to get my friend andy to order it cause it was in GB. so when he goes home in the begining of sept he is going to bring it back with me….it is awesome…well i am right now getting ready to go to a birthday party for one of amy’s friends kid so peace…

Yesterday, I would have posted but it was a long day at work…from 8am – 1130PM. It was a little frustrating because i am trying to build this really cool app on my USB thumb drive but i just couldn’t get it to work. I emailed the guy who built it and i will go back to attempting to get it to work on monday maybe tommorrow….who knows. right now i am in a security hands on lab…this seems like it will be fairly good a lot of stuff that i can do outside of here because they give you the books.

Well we tried to get the game in but failed…a little more info on HostMySports.com but afterwards we went to Hooters (seems to be the after the game hangout) It was Andy, Dave, Dave, Josh (the Jew), Amy and I. We had a good time…they didn’t forget the wings on the check this time though (sucky). We talked about all sorts of shit not limited but including a video of some girl getting banged while the guy gave her swirlies, Dave’s new “protein” diet and all sorts of other meaningless conversations. Not really all that much more to post so i will end it here…oh BTW only 17 days till brickfest…still haven’t heard anything about the day off…. but it shouldn’t be a problem…atleast i hope not…right jitu.

So way earlier this morning i requested my day off for brickfest. It is going to be pretty much 3 days of legos for me….YEAH. it will be a blast i know it. As far as everything else rather uneventful. i worked overnights the past two nights doing patches and as of yet haven’t seen any fallouts from them which is always good. i am going to grab some food and then start to get things together for the HMS vs HMS softball game so i will post an update after that….oh one last thing damn it is hot out there.

Ok, so you who acutally know me…will understand this and understand how I am so going to this no questions asked…http://www.brickfest.com. Aug 11,12,13 and 14th. Minimum i will so be at there on the 14th cause that is the day it is open to the public. To get to the other days it is 60 bucks a pop. I am waiting to see what all you get for the 60 bucks though cause if i get the 2 x registration that is 120 bucks plus hotel and food and all but to me i think it will be WAY so worth it. This will be the best time ever in my life. I just hope Amy is in agreement…well either way I am SO going, unless there is a really good reason. I am pretty sure that it shouldn’t be a problem cause i am sure that Amy would love to see me smile for that long straight. I mean how awesome is this? It is the best thing ever and i can’t even contain myself. Can you even imagine that many legos in one place?
