So yeah I haven’t posted here in a while so more then likely absolutely no one even visits this site let alone reads what I put on here but oh well…10 years from now i will look back on this all and go man what an idiot I was or maybe if I am lucky I will just be like wow those were the days I just didn’t know it. So I guess in some ways this thing is more for me than it is for everyone else.

So long story short I got this guy:

Man this thing ROCKS, the graphics are phenomenal. Though Playstation3.com says that it does 1080P out of the component cable please please please don’t listen to anyone who says it will also this TV from Polaroid doesn’t do 1080P like the box or any advertisements say it does so don’t buy it if you are looking for a nice TV that you think does 1080P cause it says it does….

FLM-4234BH: 42″ HD Widescreen LCD TV with ATSC Tuner
…yeah it doesn’t. At least not with the PS3 and really why else would someone buy a TV right now and insist on 1080P? Right now there is only the blueray DVD players and the PS3 that output in 1080P that I know of anyway…HD Cable and HDTV is only in 1080I so 1080P is a bit of overkill for right now but will probably be the standard going forward…so I ended up getting this guy:

Which is a 40″ BRAVIAâ„¢ LCD TelevisionspacerKDL-40V2500
Which is an awesome TV and the PS3 really looks great…also the HDTV like the Playoff games and all have looked remarkable. I think if I could do it all again….I might have gotten the 46″ version though instead of the 40″ version. But in a few days, I won’t notice a difference…anything is better then the old CRT that we had in the living room.
