Price is not too bad but i am lazy so I guess i would have to pay anyway. But will I get it? The biggest reason would be to play Pirates of the burning sea and then eventually LEGO Universe….who knows it just is such a hard choice.

So I accidentally bought the unabridged version of one of my audiobooks that I am getting for my trip to the beach…now me screwing up wouldn’t be anything that is abnormal…i do that all the time what i did think was abnormal but awesome I submitted this via the online form and it responds with the generic BS of you will get a response within the next business day and it is 620 now…so that isn’t pretty much out of normal business hours on the East Coast well at 623 a rep from Audible calls me up to correct everything. That to me is the amazing part. I know that audible is one of the biggest online “books on tape” seller and they really exceeded my expectation. At work we talk about exceeding expectations of our customers and very frequently do. Everyone says it is the small things that keep you coming back and boy is that true. I don’t think even over the price I would by a book from ITunes or anywhere else now…they have impressed me and will definitely retain me as a customer especially seeing that this was my fault and they were really at no obligation to correct the issue.
