A Tauren's Tale

So yeah used to be a KFC fan but am no more…so I already had a boycott on the KFC right down the street from me cause well every time I go there they surprisingly enough have NO chicken. I mean this might be acceptable if say I went to Jakes Hamburgers and they run out of their chicken sandwich. But this is KFC Kentucky Fried CHICKEN!, they have chicken in their name how can they not have chicken, that is the equivalent of going to the pizza place and they not having pizza….or going to a car dealership just to be told sorry we don’t have any cars ready please wait while we build it. Just ridiculous in my opinion.
But the reason that I am officially boycotting the whole chain now is that well not having chicken is important but they just don’t care at all. I went there for lunch. I am standing in line and there is a person in front of us. Finally after like 7 minutes of waiting that person gets helped. Then Alan gets helped, then I walk up to the counter and she says something mumbling and I begin to order…that is about where it stops cause the counter person just turns and walks away. Doesn’t say anything, just walks away and disappears for another 5 mins. At that time someone else comes out and asks me what I would like…then they don’t have any chicken strips…it is KFC just in case you forgot. So then I have to wait for the chicken strips and eat yet another sub par meal coupled with shitty customer service.

The worst thing is that I think that those people who give you terrible customer service are probably the ones that get irate when someone delivers the same shitty service to them cause they definitely deserve better. But hey who am I? Just a customer.
